Our owners have over 25 years combined experience in property management. We pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. We are active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and stay current on the latest property management industry trends. We also take pride in being part of our local community.

  • Vanessa started her own property management company over 12 years ago, after she worked for another company managing property. She noticed a need for a good honest property management company and decided it would be a great idea to start her own. She is well versed in landlord-tenant laws, evictions, tenant screening, and so much more. Her and her husband J.W. are owners of multiple rental properties and pledge to take care of any property they manage like it was their own.

In 2020 he made the move from part-time to full-time and has become an important part of our team.
