Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A new tenant pays the security deposit once they have passed the background checks and been accepted to move into the property. First month’s rent is due when we deliver possession of the property to you.
How old do you have to be to apply?
18. In fact, everybody living in a unit above the age of 18 must apply and be listed on the rental contract.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in the state of California, a landlord can only deduct from your security deposit for limited number of things. The three most common are unpaid rent, the cost of cleaning the unit, and damage to unit above and beyond normal wear and tear.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply on this website via our online portal. Rent paid after the 5th of the month is considered late.
